Nope I just get this email from IG when I appeal.

"Hi,

It looks like your account has been disabled. We disable Instagram accounts that don't follow our Terms of Use. Actions that are against our terms include:

- Continued prohibited behavior after receiving a warning or multiple warnings from Instagram"

This is all I get. I have not received the email where it asks me to send in a selfie and code

When they give you the notice that your account has been disabled, do you have the option to "let them know that they made a mistake"? Maybe take a screen shot of the notice you have because I'm not familiar with it if it doesn't say that.

But always get an email saying that they won't be able to activate it. This is my first time getting disabled by the way

Ok so if you already sent the verification photo and that didn't work, did you try the hacking method?

This automatic e-mail I haven't seen before. Prohibited behavior? What have you possibly done, think, what could have caused this? I've gotten endless blocks for being too aggressive with (un)following and liking, but that doesn't seem to be a prohibited actions, just one with a limit, and they block you if you are doing too much.

Did you use a bot? Maybe to schedule posts?

Well unfortunately you may be perma-banned if you did violate their rules but trying the hacking method in the first post of this thread might be worth a shot if you haven't done that yet.

Yes, they simply restore your disabled account with everything in tact.

I've been waiting between 2 and 8 days for my accounts where they asked for the photo with code.
