Do you manage this accounts right from a browser or a tool in particular?

I am using Firefox portable browser. So I can just set up a proxy in the browser, rename the file from Firefox to like SteveSmith1 and then I create and manage the Facebook account only from that browser. You can also install plugins for Firefox to fake your browser and such so they are not ALL using the same version of Firefox, but I rarely use it because it can cause compatibility issues with some websites. I just use 1 Browser + 1 proxy for each account.

That sounds promising! I really liked what the guys at LinkedSphere are offering in BHW Marketplace, can't say the same of the prices, can't seem to afford it right now. I'll maybe take a chance with your technique!

I can only speak for myself: I am operating 4 FB accounts right now, with no real experience in Facebook. I use Proxies set in Russia, Germany, South Africa, and UK, and I set the profiles to be living in the USA and I have not had any problems yet. I can't say that will continue, I can just say it's possible. Lots of people use Facebook from a VPN so it shouldn't be an immediate red flag.

But how do you set payment method betweent this countries , you need to have payment from each conutry right ? bank account opened in each country ?

I am not setting a payment method. This isn't for Facebook ads. If you are needing Facebook ads then you shouldn't need to set the profile as a different country than the proxy.

When you create account , what to do to warm up ad account? How many do we need to spend money on each ad account to be warmed?

Indeed, fingerprints are now the most common cause of banning FB accounts. For creating and warming up accounts, I use with succes Multilogin, till now with succes. My strategy consist in creating 10 accounts/week, and warming them up with common real person post for a month. Multilogin is making it easier, working no more then 10 minutes per session of update, twice a day.

Don't buy aged accounts. Waste of money. And do not register them yourself, a waste of time. You will be banned anyway. Facebook will mark your account after the first login from the new device and the new country, the age of the account is not important in my opinion. Buy an account with cookies and use 1 proxy for no more than 3 accounts.

The only way if you want to register accounts is to register them from the mobile phone. As far as I remember, there was a guide on how to do it. If you register from a computer, you will almost always receive a ban. And also need to use mobile proxys, not home wifi

better invest on a good proxy, you can try creating using mobile phone bro. and use 1 proxy per account. Residential Proxy. you can check luminati proxy.

I use all of that and when I lunch fb campaign they disable it and on appeal wont re-enable it. Had 20 campaigns during this month lunched - disabled- and never re-enabled. Dont know what to do.

When I made Instagram accounts, I warmed them up for a week and slowly F/UF and post high quality images/videos. If you make accts via multilogin, it's easier to verify social media accounts. multilogin is great but quiet expensive but there are similar tools out there.

Session box is a good tool but I think you can do free trials on multilogin/session box for a few weeks (just email them for a free trial, they are pretty good with customer service). There maybe some good mobile proxy providers on here BHW too.
