Goupbuy tools for the price of 10$ you serched for is https://myseogroupbuy.net/ ( i was not test their services, one of my friend used overall he told me he was happy)

i was test the following https://groupbuyseotools.com/ ( used their largest mega combo pack with 35+ tools, but you have option for smaller packages also, it is fair price for the package, using over firefox portable ) (shared account so if you are using seo tools rest of users can see your data...not recommended)

At the moment using http://frozenfry.com ( fair price, sometimes tools are not available but....BIG PLUS for them....you are using it like you purchase the account for the tools so you have privacy other users of group buy of the tools can't see your content, and that is the most important thing when using group buy ) not want to make more competition

there are many free tools. wy should you buy. if you want to buy a seo tool i recommend you to buy Ahref, semrush, Moz, keyword revealer.
