Email Address Suspended

I was using outlook mail for creating social profile on various websites.
Making only 5 profiles per day.
Now after 3 days when i tried to login it says my email address suspended as there are "so many junk emails sent in recent days".
What the hell is the problem?

That's the thing i don't want to do. Is there any other option for creating social profiles with any other email services that will not block access?

For outlook email it's normal that after few days they will ask for verification, its not totally suspended it just asking for verification. You can try to link recovery email to those email to make it easier for you to reverify every time they ask. Cause far as I know it will keep asking once the accounts are inactive.

No i am not creating facebook accounts with that mail.

Just login your account and verify your phone number, then remove your problem, that's I think....

Try different email providers. Outlook/Hotmail was always picky and they're fast to lock or deactivate your account. Try Yandex maybe or lesser known secure services like ProtonMail or Tutanota.

If you create multiple accounts on the same social media site, i assume you use proxies. You can use the same proxies for creating the email accounts. You most certainly can, but you don't have to use to the same email provider. You can create one account on Yandex, another on Protonmail, one more on Tutanota and so on, so you won't have all the accounts by the same provider especially not under the same ip address, created on the same day. Delete cookies/cache between creating two accounts. Look into canvas fingerprinting to be able to avoid tracking to some extent. Even if you do everything by the book, phone verification is often unevitable. That's when you can decide that it doesn't worth the hassle and switch to buying accounts.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I tried Proton Mail. It is better for work than outlook.
But now decided to switch into custom email solution. And now doing it in a pretty good way.
