The domain is com and more than 1 year old. It was this way since the beginning but there's nothing in the code. It's a weird decission by google. In webmastertools I set it to US traffic, back than. But this was never an issue before.How old is the site and is the domain a .com or .co.uk or .ca ?

This is why Google is ranking you well in the US and not other countries.. if you want your website to be international, set the target country to ' international' in search console.

Thought about it but its diddicult to find some niche related and good ones.What if you get some backlinks from UK, Canada and so? Just my little thought.
