Hi can someone help me. I want to know how to use my mobile phone to create multiple accounts without manually turning my wifi on and off on igram if it is possible. Any other programs will also be good if you know a way. Been trying to figure it out for about a year, would pay someone to help me set it up!

I think it's possible with android. You can write script with adb commands for turning off and on your wifi.
