Money earned all reversed by publisher

hi all ,

I am a cpa marketer .

I did pretty successful campaign few months ago as I spent alot of time,and resources testing conversions ,
optimizing , finding new traffic sources etc .

sometimes i wake up 4am to work on optimizing etc etc just to make sure my campaign was running well . i did all i could for the offer

when it was closer to pay date , the publisher just reversed all my conversions ( no valid reason )

I wont name the affiliate network however the amount of money which I earned ( pretty substantial amount ) all were just taken from me overnight .

I like to ask those who are experienced with this type of situtation , will I get my hard earned money back?

I have tracked all my conversions every single one of them and I followed the publishers T&C .

I am at a loss as I have been waiting for my affiliate network to get back to me but they have yet to do so since many weeks already .

Advertiser who advertise on CPA network have the habit of reversing comission payment if they are not profitable.
Example, a lead conversion could pay out $300 but after 2-3 months, the advertiser notice that the buyer did not get rebill or make further deposit, they will complain to the CPA network and get the payment reversed. Not really reversed in this case, they just refuse to pay. So CPA network have no choice but to reverse the leads.

CPA network that pays weekly or earlier are paying out from their own pocket. So they cover this risk. Advertiser usually only make a deposit of between $5k to $10k to start a campaign with a CPA network. This is why you sometime see certain offer that have cap so that CPA network can limit their risk. As CPA network computes the risk and usually remove the cap for more established publisher with proven track record of payout.

There is no way that you can get those money back as they were never paid to the CPA network in the first place due to unprofitable situation. CPA network won't have the money to pay you if advertiser refuses to pay.

I forgot to add -

when i was doing well on the offer , the publisher they stopped the offer for good.

and then i was supposed to get paid on 28th of last mth . they conveniently reversed all YES every single conversion 2-3 days before my payout .

i could have gotten an earlier payout but i didn't want to pay more to pay out earlier .

You've lost money into the 5 figures, your AM has responded in 2week++ and you won't mention the network?

Yeah so name them and they can come in here and explain why the leads were reversed.
If you are not getting a reply within 24-48 hours from a network, I would be running for the hills.

No, if you name them, you'll probably have a better chance of getting your money.

oh no , are u very sure ?

im so dead ... i got paid by them before , about for 1 week of conversions . and then later for the other 2 weeks ( which i was doing good conversions , becos i was

optimizing finding new traffic sources etc they just stopped the offer and few days before they just reversed all my conversions which came as a big shock as i was

waiting for this sum of money to pay bills , give parents , continue doing new campaigns etc

thank u everyone who gave advise on this thread , i will wait for 3 more days for the manager to respond ( i have forward this case to upp management via email msg )

and i will post the name of the affiliate network . i do not mean to dis credit the network for i have been paid by them before .

but this is the first time i made this much money and this happened and it really sucks and i have no idea where to find money now to continue my campaigns .

all she said was that they were investigating .

Did she say how long it takes to investigate? Two weeks might not be long enough to find out what happened. Most places (banks, stores, etc.) quote 30 days to settle a transaction dispute. Call and email them again tomorrow. Call and email a manager.

If the earnings were forfeited, it's usually final. The network can't do much, it's on the advertiser. They found that your leads aren't converting for them for whatever reason. It's not a scam, it's just their findings. No sane advertiser would scam someone who runs a profitable campaign for them for some short-term profit, when there's a long-term potential. If the advertiser doesn't pay the network, the network doesn't pay you. Errors can happen though, but it's rare. I wouldn't get my hopes up.

Don't blow too much money on one campaign, if you haven't been paid at least once before.

The publisher is you btw.

Without naming the network or product you're pretty much leaving everyone here open to have the same thing done to them.

On the flip side mamu affiliate networks operate on here. So you may even get your issue resolved.

Google the company and find another main phone number for them. There has to be another number to contact them if they are a big name in the game like you said.

all i keep getting to is an automated voice .
