yep, that's a good way to bank / addy verify. i like the gift card method for making accounts that are verified for receiving payments.

this method was shared before...Netspend is good for verification but will set a red alarm for paypal and your account has bigger chances to get limited this way

This doesn't work anymore. PayPal does not verify you via Netspend, this was fixed a about a month or so ago.

Netspend Bank Accounts still work for PayPal, but their CCs don't. Speaking out of experience from making/verifying a new PP account a couple of days ago. But like someone mentioned, it probably throws up a red flag and makes 'em limit you at the first sign of anything even the slightest bit resembling suspicious.
