Can you get your IG account verified?

Hi,

Saw couple of places in Youtube that apparently any one can get their IG account verified and get that blue tick sign.

Has any one in here done that?

Does it actually works? Would like couple of my account to be verified.

There is an option in settings to 'Request Verification'. All you have to do is fill some basic things "Accout Name, Real name, and Image of your ID / Passport/ Driving licence.

I did it like 2-3 times and didn't get anything. Even tho I have 20,000 followers account

1. Don't believe everything you see on YouTube.
2. Request Verification option doesn't work for everyone. They get you verified only if you are a celebrity/brand and have lot of exposure online.
3. There are some people who actually can get you verified with plugs inside Instagram but they'll charge $2000+ so it's not useful unless you have a strategy to generate the money back with the help of a blue tick.

IIt's not easy to get verified on Instagram, some popular youtubeur struggles to get verified. If you don't know anyone in Instagram or if you are not really popular it's almost impossible.

Why go with others when Instagram allow verifying the account. You just need to follow the instruction to verify the account.

This is not how this thing works. You will get verified when you fit into IG's criteria.
