After i got a permanent suspension on PP about a month ago, i called PP to ask about it, to see if i can appeal, to see why they suspended me, and to see if i can register a new account.

I cant appeal, they couldnt told me why i was suspended, and on the topic of whether i can register a new account, the support woman literally told me "you can try." It may work or it may not work, she said.

Therefore, since i couldnt get a definite answer from the horse's mouth, i have to ask other people to see what experiences yall had?

p.s my suspended PP account has a few $k in it, and im waiting 180 days to get it back. So the account isnt yet dead and gone.

p.p.s i wasnt doing anything "illegal," i never owed any money to PP or anything of the sort.

I've gone through more PayPal accounts than I have girlfriends.

It's a cat and mouse game. Get a few K here, you get banned, Start over and do it again.

Just make sure you withdraw regularly. I mean like, Daily.

PayPal withdrawals are free, no reason to not take advantage of that.

Have you ever done anything against their policies?

Yes and no. Selling social media services. Receiving money for services on a Personal account.

I guess i was in the gray and it caught up with me.

I've heard about many SMM sellers that got banned from PayPal.. nothing strange here. It is against their policies, not in the gray zone. :)

Youre probably in the states. Withdrawals cost me $5 per withdrawal.

But never mind that.

Are you talking stealths, or are you talking Paypals in your own name/info?

Because what i want to do is create a new account with my real info. The same info as the old account.

To tell you the truth, im still still not entirely sure its against their policies.

It seems to me its mostly people with panels that get into trouble with paypal. If you have a regular site with one-time payment packages or a cart, they wont bother you unless you get a lot of cchargebacks or/and maybe start receiving huge amounts of money.

Yeah, all in my name. Me and PayPal have a love hate relationship, honestly.

Usually I can squeeze $2k per account before I get pinched.

Hahaha thats awesome.

But how do you get pinched? I mean, for my old Paypal it took them 2 years after i created it for them to ask for ID and Address verification. Though with US paypals it may be different.

The new Paypal i would create would be in the same name - my real name - as my old one, and the same address, but the email, phone number and debit card i would link to it would be different.

Im not trying to hide, as they can still match addresses and match ID info when they ask me for it, but im just taking the precautions that i can.

Maybe they catch you because youre selling through the same website as you did previously when you got banned?

I'd be real surprised to learn that any of us that did any volume of online business have only one account; I might actually have several right now and only one is in a legit name.

LLCs in the USA work real good for this.
Name variations work well also.
Address variations are pretty popular in this "niche" too.
Burner phones help keep accounts separate from other accounts.

Come on, Man, you are smart, take advantage of that gray matter between your ears.

Well my brutha. I could say that since my suspension i created accounts on Payoneer, Skrill, cryptofuck, advcash and a number of other payment processors.

I could also say that i created a PP in my grandmoms name, and my mom, and my step dad's soon... and will be creating a few more.

But i wont say that, because of course i would never do something shady like that :)

However, i must get back on Paypal and have that 1 account that is mine, and legit. In fact, ultimately i plan on having a personal and a business account.

I have like 7 sim cards, thats no problem. I can gwt more for like $4 a piece.

I guess what im wondering is, did anyone ever lose their real PP account and then registered again and then used their new account for years without problems.

Sims won't work without different devices.

Footprint, footprint, footprint.

In the USA we can get a burner phone for 40.00 or so and use that until we get caught - not sure if that is the case where you are.

Im not sure what you mean there.

I buy a sim card on the kiosk on the corner. Take out one of my old Nokia phones. I put in the card, i turn on the phone, and voila, i got myself a new number.

Register on Twitter, Instagram, Paypal, fresh new number.

Burner phones and RDP Instances combined with browsers that block fingerprinting and throw in a residential proxy = PP accounts for life

Fresh new number but the same device.

Don't let this guy ruin your PP experience.

Check what @TheBizCat wrote just above.

My IP is dynamic, so restarting my router gives me a new IP. Might not be super fresh, but it is different.

Not sure what i need a burned PHONE for. At best i get a new SIM card, so a new number, for the verification. The actual phone is irrelevant.

And browsers. Well, yeah, could use a different browser. In fact, i have 3 lap tops and a pc here, running Win 7, wim 8.1 and win 10 between them. I could use my new PP on any of the other machines with a different OS (and other machine details) that where i was using PP so far.

Yeah bro but i wont use the phone to register on Paypal or to access it.

The phone is just to put in the sim card and receive the message. PP cant see which phone im holding when they send me the verification pin number or whatever. No way.
