Hi i am using some special character in meta tilte which one is good according to search engine

None of them are good for SEO. Some just attract curious clicks on the SERPs but on the other hand they make the title relevance lower

It may be good. As an example, if you are ranked second and have a little heart or something in your title, chances are people will click on your link more often than #1 ranked title because it looks cool and draws peoples attention, which after some time will take you to the #1 position. So I say go for it.

Surely you can special character, they don't affect SEO at all and if it works for you then this is good. Just make sure you are not using unnecessarily because yes they may make your title catchy but at times one may think it as a spam as well.

company name | description with main keywords here

works fine, just remember that google gives more importance to the keywords close to the start and you should keep your title around 55/60 chars length

All these symbols waste characters you could spend on important words, so I wouldn't recommend overusing them. Don't listen to whoever tells you they increase CTR, it's bs unless you do testing yourself and prove it for your particular case.
