Fake IDs for PayPal verification

Hey guys,
My U.S paypal balance has been frozen, asking for some proof of IDs, bills etc..

For some reasons, I prefer not to use my real ID, I need fake scanned IDs to verify it.
I read that MafiaBoss or SecondEye provide such a thing...

I need their contacts, and any advise or experience on them... isnt it scam ??

The service will work sometimes but we all know how Paypal is now so there is no guarantee.

Paypal is very hard now for use

check fake-template dot com . I haven't used them yet...but I had saved them in case if I need

It seems to work sometimes and other times gets you banned without any appeals. And now PayPal never releases after the 180-day hold in some situations after that happens.
