Gateway error: E00007 User authentication failed due to invalid authentication values.

@Woodi please respond to my request. Show a little respect please, you're online but you don't respond to your customer request. Would appreciate if you can be more customer centric, all services like this should try to respond to within 24 hours, ideally the best within 12 hours. No update or anything. I am trying to order the monthly package since 2 days ago, but my payment cannot go through. Please assist.
 
Buddy check Skype, told you service been down for 2 days now but it's not been fixed....

Sorry had limited time to respond, mostly had to focus on recurring clients who's order couldn't go through. Again, sorry but it was hard responding to everyone. everything is situated now.

woodi, the targeting......your service been down and now when you got it back up its not targeting right, i keep seeing porn profiles and usueless unralated profiles that my account is following because of your targeting. You should fix this issues instead of giving short answers once every 24 hours and not solving issues. All it takes you is 10min of your time to dedicate to a client and sort the targeting out. Not asking for much, especially sinc ei paid for a service id like to get a minimum of customer service....like you did answer questions before purchasing, you should also follow up now and not ignore me just because you got the money....

It has been 9 days but the growth is very slow. I think I have only received like 300 followers during these 9 days which averages out to just 33 followers a day. I was expecting at least 100 new followers a day. The followers are at least real and quality but the speed is too slow. Is it possible to speed up the followers and unfollow all those you followed after the project? And what if those you unfollowed unfollow me? Any refund policy if I don't received the targeted no of followers after a month or the followers you followed drop?
