It's not that easy to get banned... it is actually much harder to not get banned than to get banned.

But you did the wise thing and went to the rules page to make sure you are in line with how things are done around here.

You cannot respond to Hire a freelancer or want to buy threads unless you have an upgraded membership.

Be glad you could not PM or you would have received an infraction.

If you've bought something from a BHW Marketplace thread you can post on there asking the seller to PM you. You'll be able to receive PMs even though you can't initiate them.

Sometimes it can take a little while for the system to recognise when you've reached 15 posts. Please be patient.
