Yandex emails are not good unless you have real phones numbers, sooner or later they will ask you to verify your email with real number, yahoo is better than yandex

I have no issues with mail.ru. Must be something in your setup that is triggering it, or your software can't handle it properly. It's clearly not the email's fault.

because this has happened to me earlier , and i when i click on resend 2-3 times, i recived the email ( i don't think that its banned )

Agree, but you need phone verification when you create Yahoo emails also

yeah tried maybe 5 or 6 times. infact i didnt log out my email up until now still waiting for security code to come

I've got some accounts with mail.ru emails and never had issues with them. I don't think that could be a problem.
All accounts are verified via e-mai, but had problems with PV due to bad proxies. Check it instead of mail

dude my acc are also verified via email. The problem is when u transfer insta acc to new proxy it will trigger email verification due to proxy change and when i am about to verify it my mail ru cant receive any security code from insta. Are we on the same page eh?
