Yes the software is not usable at the moment, but I talked with the devs, they are aware of the bug (due to a change in Whatsapp Web) and announced a patch for it these days.

hi, at thit moment i use this platform this way.
1. for clients: i use thier subcribers list to send them information related to the business, this way i can use the same number on several campaings
2. to get leads: i bought database list base on business, with that i try i i say i try to send information related to those niche, for example, i create a campaing to offer this service for cleaning service i try to get those contact from those database
becuse this platfor requere real number an those are at least $10 i do not use it to send information to ramdom numbers, for me is a waste of time and $$$
if you need help lety me know, i am happy to heclp the comunity
