My pintrest profile having a nice audience reach
403.2k monthly unique viewers (According to profile stats visible)

Now let me know how can i use this traffic and convert into money. This is health related profile.
and which network will be better
CPA offer or OG ads?

1 - Amazon Affiliate
2 - Clickbank (Some says is dead) but there's always noob people and from that 400k if you u got even as less as 1% that's $$$

With such targeted traffic, it's a waste to do cpa or even Amazon affiliate (low commissions). Build a dropshipping store with health-related products and you should start seeing sales the first day you link it

yea , as mention come Pinterest, impression is nothing , everyone can easily reach a decent high impression

is TRAFFIC to the website is the KEY , kinda hard

First step is to set up a website, then try to transmit that traffic from Pinterest to your site. As previously said by other members, you could then try to convert your traffic with affiliation links. I haven't tried CB, but I know that health is a big niche there, so maybe you could give it a try.

Myself get 150k views on pinterest but traffic to my site is around 20 unique, so with that said 400k still not enough traffic.Don't get me wrong as you can make some money with those 40 - 60 hits a day,just drive them to pages with offers related to women and see what happens.

Yep, i got mate .. IM is about testing .. testing until you hit nail and we are talking about free Traffic/impressions here so as long as there's no $$ spent on these 400k there's nothing to lose.

i have my own boards and i am working on this profile manually from last 3 months and achieved good number.

My 5k impressions pin only give me 40 clicks
