Hello Team,

I have been doing SEO for my organization but the thing is that we've been going through Google Dance.

Mean sometimes we are on page one sometimes we are on the second page.

What's the best way to tackle this problem?

Posting here for constructive discussion

it will happens when algo changes , new powerful back-links , competitor performance. just wait

There are several reasons for this to happen:

1) If your site is relatively new all you can do is wait for some more time. By new I mean 6 months or less.

2) It also depends on how old is your article which is dancing. If you site is 5 years old but the article is just one month old again you need to wait. The real potential of any article to rank in the SERPs take at least 3 to 6 months. [Personally experienced]

To solve this issue first you can give the article some real social signals and second get some high-quality links. After that let it sit back and relax wait for at least 1 month to see any considerable results.

Its between, algorithm change, maybe some of competitor has some new high quality backlink package, or maybe you will rank better, when you did seo on your company page ? sometimes need few weeks, or month to start ranking higher or in some cases google will in some point throw you down when other pages get quality backlinks, the best thing you can do is to check with some seo tools the competitors new backlink strategy, and when you gathered the new infos about new backlinks, you can take action to outrank them again, even rank on #1, #2 spot on first page, it can happen just you need to analyze the competitor.
Sorry for my bad english mate, hope this information will help you :)

Want stability? Get relevant links and post supporting articles for that article.

This is nothing new. All you can do is build quality links and wait for the big G to do whatever it wants.

Hahaha true! It seems big G doesn't like me getting paid :P

Thanks, everyone for the discussion! :)

I think the problem are the links and the anchor text.

If you get some strong links, you will see some dance, but not so often.

Google has started to organize the results. It likes to show non-commercial contents to users. You can write some story about your industry or company. Also, make some changes to current contents to reduce the commercial rate.
