So, if you are thinking of blasting sms you should speak with a lawyer with experience in this area
It's a US Federal offense and the fines are per occurrence are up to $1000 each occurrence. CAN-SPAM does not take precedence over the TCPA.

I don’t really appreciate this service I tried to test 2 times - I was blocked 2 times. I managed to launch a test campaign 3 times. It was processed for about 3 days. Then I just didn’t become a client site again. As a result, I couldn’t even send test messages. Therefore, my test messages were not sent. I do not recommend this service!

Cellphone to cellphone messaging doesn't constitute spam, but feel free to consult a lawyer. And as you are sending from sims, who will be sued? The sims are anonymous.

We have upgraded the dashboard and moved to a credit based system now, you can try us again, now things are much smooth. Earlier device based system was not very stable as devices used to go on and off all the time.
