Absolutely terrible. As if skimming / broken sales tracking wasn't enough. I have now removed close to all Amazon links from my money sites.

Since they rank for nearly every product keyword I guess they have started thinking they don't need affiliates anymore. I have been using Amazon for a long time but now I'm thinking about down sizing my whole Amazon project and look for other options.

It's happening everywhere. A indian eCommerce giant flipkart almost dropped their affiliate program. I thought amazon will grab this opportunity and get all flipkart's affiliates under them but what is happening is opposite.

No information about amazon.com has been released yet but who knows they might do the same.
Its pretty bad since 30-50% of sales comes from indirect purchases of most of the affiliates.
