can I have the trial? how can I get the $0 plan?
I purchased the lifetime version of this 2 weeks as there wasn't a free trial listed as advertised and $79 for 6 months is a silly price. My experience so far is that it's clunky and highly temperamental. The customer service is very poor (see below). I've contacted them on several occasions, explaining things in detail and sending screenshots, but each time I just get a link to a pdf of recommended settings which doesn't help at all. I cannot even set up a single proxy, let alone any in bulk as I keep getting bad proxy errors.
I've never had a problem with HighProxies IG proxies before and when I enter these manually into Jarvee using their browser function the proxies work fine so this isn't the error. Although they seem to believe it is.
The setup instructions are not complete so there is a bit of guesswork, e.g. how to use the single account tab, what format the .txt files need to be in. Some examples of this would really help people get to grips with this new software. The YouYbe tutorial is very short and doesn't cover all aspects of the software. The settings also revert back to blank when you close down the software so you have to reset them up every time.
In my opinion, this product isn't quite ready for market and has a long way to go to be worth anywhere near what they are charging for it.
Hey, maybe I'm setting this up wrong (as the instructions are poor) and someone out there has figured it out and got it working, if so, please let me know so that I can get it working and I will happily write out some step-by-step instructions with screenshots to help others out there.

We've replied to your email.
As much as we would love to help you with finding proxies, we cannot hold hands with every customer. This is a professional tool, meant for professional marketers. Creating accounts starts with finding the right proxy service. We have linked you the blog, so we do not need to go on about this.
As far as the other aspects you've mentioned (saving settings, making guide more intuitive, youtube video), I assure you we have started working on these already, but as I said, most of our customers already have the knowledge needed, so we have previously assumed that our customers did not need it.

I don't need help finding proxies. I have them from a reputable firm and explained that they work when I add them manually to Jarvee. Nothing wrong with them. I was hoping GramCreator would just save time but I seem to be wasting more trying to get this to work.
In any case, as someone selling software, you might also consider that not everyone is an expert and it would only benefit you to have a proper "How To" guide before selling something. It would save you, and us, a lot of time in the long run.
Perhaps you'd like to refund my money seeing as you think I'm too dumb to use it??

if you think you going to succeed to make accounts with those abused proxies that everyone has used from highproxies than you really need to stop with instagram.
get a trial mobiles proxy and check results and if you don't want to pay much for mobiles proxies than also suggest stop with instagram.
AND IT MUST BE A ROTATION PROXY! don't keep posting this on his sales thread..
Copy the zip to your C drive, extract it, then in Avast add a whitelist to the "extracted" folder

does this tool automataclly create emails for the accounts? or do i have to buy emails first?
