yeah, mate
I used that plugin to show ads where I want,
however, there are still ads showing up automatically in other places of my articles,
I just thought this might be adsense new policy? as soon as ur sites approved, the ads will automatically show up in ur post??

you have auto ads turn on, so go deactivate auto ads or better still remove that code you were given to put in your head tag(<head></head>) when you applied, this will remove all the auto ads. then you can manually place ads the way you want.great share, thanks for this!
I recently added two websites to adsense, however, I found the ads automatically inserted in the middle of my post articles, it is annoying,
Anyone know how to delete those ads in the articles and how to control the ads where I would like them to appear?

I see nothing wrong in "soft sell" the BST as long as the post provides value to the members. Every biz needs some kind of marketing to survive, BST is not different. This might not be a new trick but can add new revenue to your site if done it right.

I don't see anything wrong in that more I didn't see him sharing links to his BST, moreover the OP has been helpful to lost of H=BHW members when display ads is talked about on the forum.

I use WP or theme widgets. If Quiz has own widgets - I use them. In some cases for analytics and further optimization it is better to use multiple tags for different pages and placements to separate data per page, placement, and unit.

AdWords is where you buy traffic.
Is your site doesn’t look empty and content is somewhat researched you will get accepted by networks.
I can work with any topic/niche that has community around it. Sports, Movies, Celebrities, Food, Anime, etc.
Motivation is to test knowledge. There is no reward except congratulations at the end of the quiz.
I didn’t test CPA offers in the quiz and not sure if that will work.

Not really CPA but to participate in the quiz they need to share on their FB profile. So if 1000 people participate we get 1000 share which can inturn get more.

Good quizzes are being shared because people like them, not because of the gift cards. You can try doing that and it might work, I just did not use it that way and currently fine monetizing it without any cards.
