One question for those do Adsense. If the website just go live like last year dec , now is mid of feb , daily at least earn 10 cent above , some day can earn one buck , consider is on the right track?

You've mentioned everything and pretty much in detail. I appreciate your efforts.
It's all about taking action. In beginning i too got distracted from many things, in fact it was information overload. When one has all the stuff but not taken a single step or took action all they left with is their doubts.
Once again. And yeah, I came across your post now though I'll say i'm doing things pretty much in same way as you and i admit it works.

Is Step Two: Buffer / Pumper Sites still relevant today?

I've read a lot online saying the juice is not worth the squeeze and that your time is better spent writing guest posts and getting them published on long-standing blogs/websites for backlinks. I'm NOT trying to hate on this step. I'm just a newbie and I'm reading conflicting information on it.

It still works building a second tier.

The 2 strategies you are talking about are different.
One is more blackhat (buffer/pumper sited) and one is so-called whitehat (guest posting).

Guest posting takes more time writing quality content and finding owners willing to publish your content and link. Plus, you may also need to pay a fee for that guest post.

Each strategy has its PROs and CONs.

hellow i want to ask how can i get contextual backlink beside from PBN and WEB 2.0
and can i make my sites page 1 in google without so many contextual keyword ?
