Can you make money on Reddit.

Basically I can get a lot of Reddit Karma with ease. I have several posts with 10k upvotes in the past. Today I posted twice and got 2k upvotes in 8 hours on 1 post and 300 in 4 hours on another. Is there a way to make money from this somehow. Someone told me there's a market for aged reddit accounts with lots of karma?

Yes you can make money out of it by selling those accounts. Google around or buy Jr.Vip (+ contribute more to community) and start selling those accs here.

Why not build niche sites where you are proficient especially those related to your posts in reddit. Reddit will continue to give you traffic and that helps in overall SEO of site as well

You can make money in two ways.
1. Sell your account.
2. Keep your account and try to advertise with it.

Or you can do 2 and eventually do 1.

Indeed there is, it's the BHW Marketplace. So once to get your account upgraded you'll be able to offer these, but not until then.

Reddit is a great source of traffic. Traffic is money.

If you're going the account building route, you would have to see it as a long-term investment. For example, you create an account now, get it's karma up in a few days, and then you just have to wait a year till you can sell it. Of course, you can sell it faster but then it won't be worth as much.

The second option is to promote your websites, eCommerce stores, affiliate links via Reddit. The traffic is already there. You just have to be smart and get them to click your links.
That's what I've been doing for more than two years now.
