I'm not sure what happened to this company, but both the service and support has gone way down hill. I've used this residential service with solving recaptchas for over a year without any serious issues until this past month. They advertise having millions of residential IPs in their pool, but it turns out they have less than 100k.
100k may seem like a large volume of IPs, but when used in rapid succession between all clients it won't take long before the IPs begin to get blacklisted and no longer work well. In my case over an 18 hour period I let cosmoproxy know over skype that their proxies were failing nearly 70% of the time, between being banned by Google or simply not working.
Their response was - "If it not working for you please don't use"
Mind you this was after doing nearly $1,000 in business with them over the last year. These guys must be receiving a ton of complaints from other customers. Instead of offering any sort of support their response was immediately on the defensive. Below is a screenshot of my recent Skype transcript with them. Typically I'd just move on and find another business to work with, but their support was so appalling I felt obligated to share my experience:
