Does changing the linked Adsense account to one of these channels to a new one from another country triggers YT monetization suspension?

I am interested in buying 2 accounts, most likely my country's PayPal won't allow sending as a friend, is my only option to get someone from the US to PayPal funds or can we arrange another payment method? (Amazon gift card can work for me, for example)
