Hello everyone,
Just bought the software. Got my license instantly. Check your spam.
About the support though, I tried contacting the seller on skype but still haven't received a reply. I tried emailing them after buying the software, let's see if someone replies.
I bought the software with the discounted link on page 5 of this thread I think.
I've just submitted 70 web 2.0 tier 1 links from major social sites. Earlier last year, I had no problem indexing those links, so we'll see if the software does the job. Even after the G update.
I submitted the file to virustotal and got around 16 warnings. Some I tried to google and it said that it's a ransomware file. Maybe the seller can chime in on this. BTW the seller has been a member here since 2008.
Software is easy to use. Although you need 2captcha and proxies. I don't know what the proxies are for, maybe it's for the link index checker. For the first run, I didn't use any proxies. But I did setup the 2captcha api.
I'll update here soon if the 70 web 2.0 links gets indexed or what.

Google has recently discontinued the feature "Submit the url for index". I have purchased this tool after that. Unfortunately, this tool is not helping for indexing any links. I have tried multiple times with recommended setting and waited for a week to get index. It never worked for me.
