awesome! following this journey of yours
P.S : I lost me eyeball reading the blue thingy
Yeah sorry I agree. I can't go back and change it though. I was just playing around with it at the time.
Sure I will! Once my school vacation kicks in, I will definitely start on making my very own journey. Not as intense as this one but will definitely start.
You sure work hard. It's hard to imagine that you still can manage your time with these lot of things that you are doing. I guess the only thing that lacks on your life is break. Well, I guess if you really want to be financially stable, break will go out of your vocabulary lol.
I don't see it as working hard. I was obsessed with sports betting (horse racing actually) as a mental challenge. I would spend 10+ hours a day on it collecting data and trying out new things. I built up a massive amount of experience learning what worked and what did not work but none of it seemed like hard work because I was so focused on it. Interestingly it didn't start out as my passion but it grew into a passion of mine but I still don't watch many races. I can now almost use the races as an a money tree and pull profits out of almost any race if I sit and analyse it for a few minutes. The problem is I get drained very very quickly with the intense focus after about 4-5 races (15 mins). It is not something I want to do so I automated everything and let it work its magic every month. Automation means less profit per race but overall works better as I can bet on every race rather than just a few before burning out.
With the niche sites its a much slower feedback but its just an easy thing to do. Do Action A, do Action B, do Action C, etc. Just commit to 2 hours per day. Get up at 5am and work till 7am. Don't make an excuse you don't have time. I prefer to use 5am-7am for exercise but its a good time to work on sites and money making ideas. If you did that you could procrastinate, read forums, watch youtube, etc the rest of the day but you will know at the end of the week you did 14 hours of work to your goals. At the end of the month you are 60 hours of action taken and at the end of the year you are up to 720 hours. I can guarantee you if you did that you would be in the top 2% of people on this forum taking action.
Actions lead to success. The more time spent doing rather than reading/researching the more money you will have coming in.
Look at it this way. INCOME SCHOOL has 60 steps. Lets assume each one of those takes 3 hours to do (they don't take that long but lets say worst case its 3 hours). Thats 180 hours to complete 1 site as per the rules. Now at the end they do say to continue with content creation but lets ignore that for now. If we assume you do two hours per day that is 1 site every 3 months and you can knock out 4 sites a year. If your sites make the amount of money as per the guide which is $1000 per month within 2 years you are pulling in at least 4K per month. If you actually reinvest this you are likely to be pulling in around double that at least as you would create another 4 sites yourself next year and use the money to setup at least another 4-8 sites. So now you are running say 16 sites at the end of the third year. Each pulling in approx $1K if their figures hold up. I am not saying they will as some of it is luck hitting the right niche area and some will make money and some will make less than $1K per month. But if it is around $1K then you are on 16K a month profit in 3 years.
Could you dedicate 2 hours per day to be on that money ? If you can't then you will never be successful.
Now if you want to be sure of 16K a month then you use Grants rule of 10X it. That means you need to do 10 X the work at worst to get to that profit. So 10 X 16 sites is 160 sites. If you assume for every 1K per month you can build 2 sites you get the following progression:
For this lets assume the sites only make $100 a month each.
Year 1 : 4 sites
Year 2 : 400/500 = 1 Sites (rounding up here) + 4 Sites you build + 4 existing sites = 9 Sites.
Year 3 : 900/500 = 2 Sites (rounding up here) + 4 Sites you build + 9 existing sites = 15 Sites.
Year 4: 1500/500 = 3 Sites (rounding up here) + 4 Sites you build + 15 existing sites = 22 Sites.
Year 5: 2200/500 = 4 Sites (rounding down here) + 4 Sites you build + 22 existing sites = 30 Sites.
Year 6: 3000/500 = 6 Sites + 4 Sites you build + 30 existing sites = 40 Sites.
Year 7: 4000/500 = 8 Sites + 4 Sites you build + 40 existing sites = 52 Sites.
At year 8 you have $5200 income coming in per month at a minimum. If it gets $1K as per Income school projects you could be bringing in up to 52K per month. That's only 8 years work. Doesn't that sound compelling ? People can't see the long term picture in the small actions that they take.
No matter what you do its all numbers. You want something you can scale (niche sites) so that you can grow your profits over time. Aim to be rich in 3 years and not today but know todays actions are getting you on the right track to success.
Keep in mind this is all speculation and results will vary wildly depending on the effort you actually put in.
