Finding Great Links With Google Ads

Hey Guys,
So like many SEO's looking for great links, I myself found myself using the same methods.
Using a tool like Ahrefs or something else until i created a display network campaign for one of my clients.
How does a display network campaign help with link building?
Well, once your ads appear on certain websites you can see on which websites your ad appeared.
If you built your campaign well, your ads will appear on relevant sites. These sites are usually in the same or similar niche as your target or money site.
I then created an excel sheet and emailed the owner or editor or whoever is responsible for the site and asked if i could add a post or a link.
Many of them said yes, some didnt even want money for the link, they were happy that someone actually wanted to post something on their site.
I checked many of my clients competitors using ahrefs and didnt see these links.
Have to say that this method worked for me and helped to increase rankings. This method isnt expensive and worked wonders

When doing SEO its very important to constantly find new methods. I am sure we all know the main things, its that added value and thinking of different methods that give you that extra edge.
From my experience many tools didnt show me the links i found and when i managed to post a backlink on these sites i did see a very positive reaction mainly because no one in my niche was using them.
Always remember if your competitor or competitors are using the same backlinks (i am sure most of them are) their value decreases.
