As starting up new marketplace thread bring me too much overthinking pros and cons of each method before executing it, So! i am just exploring and observing most of sales threads their order receiving methods obviously there is 2 or 3 most used methods like through email/inbox, through online forms like cognitoform/woofo,jotorm i tried to make practice forms also there.
The reason of asking these question is just take reviews and experienced suggestions from marketplace thread holders.
I mainly sorted cognitoform as one of my top choices it charges $24 per month for integrating paypal, Is it worth using their service?
I also want to know from buyers/customers point of views what method to ordering a service most customers like via online forms submissions or direct email?
in my point of view there is one main disadvantage of taking direct orders through email/Inbox is seller has to remember each order's delivery/time/status/progress.
Is there anyone who using cognitoform or any other online form can you please confirm me if i can deliver order in the reply of each order's notification email(email which is sent from buyer through online from notification)?

Thank you and waiting for your all experienced practices feedback .

Form submission is better for sure, especially if it's a service, which can be delivered instantly upon payment (even if it's not, form submission is better imho). Most people don't like to wait around. Less hassle for both parties, no back and forth via PM/email. Transactions, order fulfillments are easily traceable. Plus it gives the impression that you're a professional business and not just someone sitting in his mom's basement waiting for orders to roll in. lol

where should we deliver that order via replying notification email or buyers given personal email?

Buyers email is better.
You can look around the web, domain/hosting/programs/licenses everyone uses forms for buying, you can say it's an standard and to be honest i wouldn't buy from some shop that would say "contact us for payment details/adress/etc.." is just too much hassle and not professional like someone said earlier.

sounds senseable, one more question, is there any online form you know which provide time deadline as feature?

i finalized online form option, sorted cognitoforms as my last choice there is one disadvantage in wufoo first is they are charging almost 15% extra by cognitoform and 2nd disadvantage is wufoo receives and notify the form before even paying from buyer. they just added extra feature whenever buyer will pay then seller will get an email, it is quite long and messy as well.
while cognitoform will not take submission before the payment process from customer.

If we are talking about smb sales I would recommend you to stick with the old good emails. But if you are talking about sales with the large budget in this case it makes sense to ask for the registration or to place a button with quotation request.
