Web2.0 Creation: Regular VPN or Proxies?

What layer is better to hide any footprints while creating web2.0 properties?

A regular VPN like nord/hidemyass etc? or the proxies which people buy to create and operate multiple Instagram accounts for example?

Will be using other precautions already like creating unique email addresses for all properties and avoiding Google products etc.

I recommend different emails and different blog names for ever web 2.0. Keep the blog names in the same industry.

Like if your blog is about basketball and your money site is "coolhoops.com". Make your web2.0 something like "basketballtips.blog.com"

Every VPN which changes your IP will do, it doesn't matter. You can also register from your own IP but be sure you don't register more than 3 on the same property.

you dont need that, only if you create web 2.0's with a bot so you hit the same websites over and over again to create new users/pages/blogs then you would need proxies/different emails, otherwise not needed at all...

Lots of VPNS and proxies are already flagged. Might as-well save your bucks.

you will have to use residential vpn , but not datacenter. try netflixvpn.com

So VPN is not recommended? Is good combination of Residental proxy + Multilogin ?
