So basically I was seeing a video song with millions of views and noticed other videos with the song have a million views as well.Now interesting thing I found out is there's a small version of this song with approx 70 views is ranking on no.4 even though there are many other videos with more views lying below it.
Can anyone explain this???

Maybe the uploader used different keywords and ranked it for a low volume kw. When were uploaded the original song and the short version?

Now when I search for the video it doesn't appear anywhere.

Seems like it's a new song and people are spamming like there's no tomorrow. Such behaviour it's quite normal tho, ranking going up and down even for a 27mln video views

She isn't ranking #4 for me, even though my location is same as you.
As TeneBra said this is normal, she will be outranked very soon.
btw here are the keywords she is using.
