I'm really interested in purchasing an account to see if everything works correctly, however your refund/replacement policy looks quite unfair. Recently I've purchased an adwords account from BHW and it appeared to be working smoothly. There was a dummy campaign that was receiving impressions and clicks regurarly, so I decided to spend some time and create a new campaign from scratch. After being approved, the campaign worked for around 12 hours before being stopped, as the payment method was flagged as suspicious. Keep in mind the domain I used has never been advertised on Adwords or any other Google's platform.

What if something like this happens with your accounts? Would you be willing to offer a replacement?

That's a tricky question and I understand your concern, that's why I create a dummy campaign to know that the payment method is working. However in your case the only thing I could offer is that you follow the account safety guidelines.

I can follow up with you until your campaign is approved to make sure all the steps are being taken like it says in the guide but I can't do anything else. Not every vcc that I enter works and thus I have to start all over again. There is a possibility that after 10 working days you receive your account and it's working and on my end I had to start over 2-3+ times.

So they come with 100$ added and I'm able to spend 350$ before I have to pay ?

My gosh. OP probably didn't explain it correctly, but assuming by what hed said(and myself using others), they have preloaded $350 credit and a coupon for $100. To get the other $100/coupon activated, you have to add a credit card to the account. Other BHW offers are only giving 24/48hour refund policy if banned. If it passes that, it's your own fault.

First part is correct the second part isn't. The dummy campaign is just that, a random website to test that the payment method is working you need to add your own campaign with your website.

- In my case I only have a personal PP and it was limited before and I don't want to go threw that again.
- Setting up a business PP and receiving orders instantly will probably set up red flag and get it limited. Then when they ask for prove what service i provide i will be screwed either way. I can already imagine the shit list if this would happen, received the money but can't use it to create the service I promote and people will get frustrated, chargebacks the hole grail.

I never thought about a time warranty and as the poster below suggested I would be fine with a 48h replacement policy with a new account if banned. But you need to follow my directions when creating the campaign, these accounts are sensitive to changes. That's why I said I would follow up to make sure you are setting it up right. For example If you get banned when you set your campaign at 50$ or 100$ a day then I'm not going to do it because I clearly state in the pdf that a budget like that will kill the account.

As long as you are within adwords TOS you can, if not and you have experience in cloaking then you should be fine.
