Before even selling I will always ask is it BH/WH, what is the offer about and have you run it before. Don't care what your running and I don't care if it's wh/bh. What I do care is protecting myself from buyers complaining about payment issues when it's related to their campaigns.
That's the main complaint I get from potential buyers is their accounts getting shut down because of payment without even receiving a single impression. Then I ask about their campaigns and their budget and it becomes clear why the campaign is banned.
Setting up a campaign at $100 on the first day for any white hat site on a threshold account has a 90% to get banned. It will not get banned for circumventing or anything else but for payment doesn't mean the seller sold you a bad account it means you don't know how to run it.
