This will depend on the reason your thread was deleted, but generally, you cannot re-post a deleted thread, especially without contacting the moderator who deleted it first.

When your thread is deleted, you'll receive an alert stating the reason why the thread was deleted. If the thread you posted was a spammed advertisement or a prohibited topic, you will not be able to re-post this thread under any circumstances. Additionally, re-posting threads of that nature will often result in a warning being issued to your account.

However, if you feel that you can remove the rule-violating content from your thread, you can contact the moderator who deleted the thread and ask them if the edited version would be acceptable. In some cases, the moderator may simply edit the rule-breaking bits out of your old thread and undelete it.

the thread I posted was not a spammed, I just ask some question, but still deleted by someone. I don't know why?and don't have an alert the reason why the thread was deleted.

I'm sorry it's taken a while for you to get a response.

I've looked for the thread you posted around then that was deleted, and I can see that it looked like it was indirect self-promotion. Self-promotion isn't allowed on the forum, so it was removed.

If you're ever unsure if a thread you're going to post is against the rules, you can always contact a moderator first by PM to ask if it would be acceptable.

How do i find a moderator to ask?

You can find a list of moderators on the forum in this page, here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/?type=staff

If you aren't sure which moderator is appropriate to contact, I recommend inviting a couple of moderators into the same conversation so that you have a better chance of getting a fast response. I wouldn't suggest sending multiple PMs to different mods, as it may look like mod surfing.
@Don't Panic's thread here tells you how to invite multiple people to a PM: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/how-to-invite-others-to-a-conversation.1042229/

I aware about deleted and non renewed thread .
But just asking here that about my non renewed thread

I have an service thread which I have not renewed in past is there any way to reopen the same thread ? I already with conversation with mod about that but they asked me to submit the new thread . But due to some reasons I was not able to renew that my old thread due to some reasons , is there is any chances to renew the same thread now ? If so it would be really helpful

Thank you

Your question was answered by that Moderator.

Does it show active mods?

what if I edit my thread and make there empty information, does it be deleted?

If you mean you want to post an empty text thread, then yes it would be removed as it offers no value to the community.

thanks for this helpful information. I was thinking to repost a thread but now now I have read this.

How much time will moderator take to re-post the thread ?

If it was deleted by a staff member it is because the staff thinks it should not be posted so it won't be reposted by the staff.

I was to ask about this. In addition, if I'm about to sell my service or to avail BHW services, and in need of suggestions, can I request if from the Moderators itself? Will that be against the rules?

If you are asking about if you need help or suggestions as to whether you can sell your services or avail them, it's better if you contact the support team since they are supposed to handle all your queries. To directly contact them, find the "contact us" button, scroll down and you'll see this:

However, the staff team here is pretty patient and would gladly answer your questions provided you don't spam them. Be patient and wait for their response. If you are confused about the rules then you should read the terms and rules of this forum in order to avoid warnings as warnings can lead to immediate ban depending on the rule you break.

Since you are also a newbie, please start by reading the Newbie Guide forum. Also note that you can't sell your services yet as you need to a much higher rank than just member. More information about user levels can be found in this post.
