Hi, I am a bit stuck on a video:

A. Do the vidIQ SEO Score matters? Because I have the boost plan and it auto suggested me keywords that are very high in competition related to the niche and upon selecting multiple of those, I got 50/50 vidIQ SEO score which is the perfect SEO score as per vidIQ. https://imgur.com/1cV7KSw

And when I am selecting long tail keywords related to my niche, that score is dropping drastically. https://imgur.com/KJr7D1T I am confused at this point. What should I do?

B. Is 157 watch time with 58 views okay within 7 hours for a newly uploaded video? Video is just over 10 mins long. What can I do for more exposure other than paid ads at the moment?

C. Any way to check other people's video's traffic source?

A - Use longtail keywords in your description, you even saw that and never tried to implement and get better SEO score?
B - BlackHat stuff (NRV views) depending on your goal and niche of course.
C - No.

A- Like I said, when I put multiple long tail kws, the vidIQ score decrease. So, what do I do?
B- I dont want to get banned on adsense on implementing BH techniques.

NO need to focus so much over the scores as they are tools only and wont give you best information always.
Long tails are something you should always go for and they can help you drive traffic easily rather than targeting broad keywords.
