I thought that google ads was a safe place for advertisers. But when I checked my Raw Access Logs what do I see my ads for months have been clicked on by the same IPs MULTIPLE times per day.I thought google was blocking the same IP clicking my ads for months but I was wrong.
Now I have put those IPs in IP exclusions and after few days SURPRISE again the same IPs appear in my Raw Access Logs....
What should I do next should I use clickcease or some other company like this to prevent this from happening?

Contact your personal Google Ads affiliate manager. I know some cases where advertisers got their money back after manual reviews of the traffic.

There used to be a legal dispute also a few years ago against AdWords.

I contacted them already waiting for a replay.I just can not understand how are they still clicking on those ads.All of those IPs are in my IP exclusions lists..

How do Raw Access Logs allow you to check who clicked on your ad? Hundreds of bots are browsing your website every day, that must be the reason why the IPs you've excluded still appear in your Raw Access Logs and it has nothing to do with Google Ads. I'd suggest you to set up a decent tracking system for accurate evaluation of you ads' performance. You can also try out some click fraud protection services.

You can use click fraud protection tool.
The one we used on our company is called ppc-protect.

Because I use auto-tagging

How exactly does this work? I tried checking their website but I don't understand. Do you implement that on your own server, as a "plugin" to adwords? Or am I just all wrong.

Probably they will work with you on a refund. Google is pretty serious when it comes to ads, as it is their main revenue stream.

Yes got a refund 35$...but they can not stop those IPs clicking on my ads. They can filter them and MAYBE refund me for those activities. They told me competition has my Ads saved somehow ...and that is how I'm still getting clicks from them even after the IP exclusions I have made...

Thanks for the update! Interesting case! Well, at least they've admitted the problem, so I don't think you'll have issues with getting refunds. It's a very common practice for Google.

Use Clickcease
and get your money back for click fruad every 3 months or so.
