I keep getting this message when trying to create my AdWords account "There was an error with your operation. If you were trying to make a change, it may not have saved. Please refresh this page to try again. If the error continues, log out of your AdWords account, then log in again and return to this page.". I was still able to do everything except select the keywords, the box to type the keywords in won't load since this message started popping up. I have tried deleting history, cookies, cache, rebooting my computer, tried setting up on a different computer, using Explorer instead of Chrome, uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome, and nothing works.

Are you using a VPN, a very strict proxy or any anonymizer network?

just my home ip , never used VPN or any other thing
It was working fine till few days back i was able to create accounts but this time i am stuck on the first page with this error

Try to use a vpn , even if you want to select the location as India .. I mean the problem may be with your ISP IPs .. have you tried to use a vpn ? or a local proxy ?

I have tried using a proxy..the same message keep comming up when trying to setup a new acc.

remove all cookies and browsing history then try to create the account again using a good vpn .

Try doing it in an incognito mode. If not create another account on a good VPN

Have you tried with different browsers? Internet Explorer is using old technique, Microsoft Edge is buggy, try with Safari, Chrome (even chrome can bug sometimes), try even with Firefox.

I don't recommend the usage of Google Chrome with Google Ads/AdWords, since a special browser fingerprinting could be used to detect multi accounts etc. Not to forget the rumours about this UUID being set after the installation of Chrome.
