So Im new to youtube I got couple of views my channel is one year old now and monetization is enabled does that mean I can delete my content and than post compilations and stuff on a specific niche and still be monetized?

Previously you use to use bought youtube views from smm panels to build your channel and now you no longer have to use them because your channel has built to a status where you don't have to. So paying for just HR Youtube Geo Targeted views with help you rank for any keyword (depending on the competition of that keyword will determine how me views you would have to purchase)?
