Keywords Is Not Ranling On First Page

My website is not ranking the first page of Google, what should I do as soon as possible, ranking first on Google's page

Everybody wants to rank on top-10 but there are only 10 spots and there is huge competition to stand for. You have to have patience in you. Add loads of contents, useful and informative also do create quality and authority backlinks, if you wanna rank fast, buy them from sellers. Consistency - Keep adding new content
Build up your link profile - This is like a personal reference to your website but try to keep them relevant your content.

Consider running Ad-Words as this will bring in some traffic and if these people make a purchase Google will most certainly find you relevant for the keywords. This method can be costly but will be worth it in the long run.

As I cannot inspect your website I would also recommend you to optimize your website and make it as user-friendly as possible - Your mindset must have the end-user in mind and not what you think is the better choice.
