Instagram with 4G

I saw the account making guide earlier and I was wondering if it would be safe to only use 4G on Instagram. I want to buy a new phone, install the app and only use the LTE network. I also have a new sim from a carrier I've never used. Do I have high chance of getting shadowbanned or having my account disabled with this method?

4G connection or 4G proxy is the best way for botting. You can add up to 5 accounts for 1 phones
