Any Email Testing Software For Free?

Hey Everyone, I need an email testing software. Is there any possibility I can find one?
I am a freelancer and usually, I have to test 2K to 3K daily email testing on daily basis. For that task, I use Gmail ids, but sometimes I stuck because of limitation and ID blocked. So if anyone could provide me anything like that would be appreciated.

what do you mean by testing? You can get a domain and set up a mail server for your self with a vps

No... I mean it's like that, Some client gives me the task to find some contacts lets suppose 100 General Managers from an Information Technology Industries. I Find them on Linkedin and made there Emails by looking at there company email formate then I have to test the email which I made. for that task I have to send blank emails to by Gmail or Yahoo Mail in order to check them whether they are email failed or Not.
