So today I had some family members stop by unexpectedly, and they brought their baby. I did not get any work done. I spent the day playing with them and enjoyed the time since it was Friday. I only did 3 days of work this week since Monday was a holiday, but I am happy I met my daily goal for those 3 days and I am excited to start on a new daily goal next week. See you all then!

It depends on how long the transaction takes to complete and how much it pays. $30 or more can be done between 8am - 5pm if you are diligent.

I use Amazon. It's just easier. I've always wanted to do Clickbank too. I've been getting their emails for years. I may add it to one of my niche sites if people here want me to. I also signed up for ConnectionJunction, or whatever it's called, about 8 years ago, but never got around to using it once I got Amazon up and running. I also like being an affiliate for just regular small business/website owners who have a product they would like to promote. Like a new book, t-shirts, video courses, etc.

As for driving traffic, my favorites are Youtube, Instagram, SEO, and sometimes Pinterest.

I make a commercial for a product that I have for sale on my website, upload it to Youtube, then put a link to my website in the description box. I use my iPhone and/or iMovie to create videos. If I want to get super, duper technical, I use Final Cut Pro.

That's awesome! If you continue, you will be able to get to $30 a day or more with your method. Is there anything else on Amazon that you can turn into a slideshow and post to Youtube? Maybe you can add more products to the channel you already have. Or start a second Youtube channel with another Amazon product niche. Women's hair care products are a good niche: conditioner, flat irons, curling irons, lace front wigs, and hair weaves. The prices for those products are high enough to get you up to $30 a day.

I have no problem when using Amazon product images for my video. I saw a lot of Youtube channel use them too.
I create a slideshow which contains 4 - 5 slides using Canva or Powerpoint. Each slide I will add features, pros, cons, etc ( Which I took from some review blogs)
And if a product has its own manufacturer's video, I will add it to my video, too.
The problem is I have to make a lot of videos to earn that money. Now I have about 280 - 300 videos.

Hi BHW!

I've been a lurker here for a long time. Probably about 10 years or so. I started in IM back in 1999 when a co-worker of mine told me about eBay. I tried it out, made a lot of money, and discovered that I could make a lot more money on the Internet than at any of my day jobs. I was making really good money at my day jobs, but eBay had pretty much surpassed them all.

After seeing what was possible online, it did not make sense to remain at a day job. I decided to put all my career efforts into the Internet. I eventually learned web design, and majored in product design during college. This allowed me to create my own websites and design my own products to sell online.

Then it happened. Sometime between 2007 and 2009, I got the suspension email from eBay telling me my account had gone up in flames and there was nothing I could do about it. Nearly 10 years down the drain. Like most eBay sellers, I was not going to take "No" for an answer. But eBay refused to help. I eventually turned to Google, which led me to the Aspkin forums. I was back on!

While Aspkin helped tremendously, he always reiterated that these selling platforms could remove us from their websites at any time. He suggested affiliate marketing as a more permanent solution if we were really serious at making money online. I always thought that was excellent advice. Advice that led me to BlackHatWorld!

Since I was still in eBay mode, I spent most of my time on Aspkin. However, I always lurked over here and on Warrior Forum to learn more about affiliate marketing, and Internet Marketing in general, that way I could make the transition from eBay to IM.

I've always enjoyed reading the clever tricks people from BHW come up with to maximize their Internet earnings. The methods that I have learned and implemented from here are not only creative, but they have also been highly effective over the long haul. The most influential part of the forum for me has always been the journey threads. I love watching people achieve their goals. It motivates me and keeps me in the right frame of mind to achieve my own goals. I always wanted to start a journey of my own, but the timing always seemed off, and other aspects of my career never really seemed to line up with starting one.

Every 5-10 years, I do an evaluation of my career by doing more of what has been successful, and removing what has not been successful. Last year, 2018 was another 10 year mark in my career. I also turned 40 years old. I decided that I was going to celebrate these milestone dates by adding a BHW journey thread to my career. This journey also conveniently comes in right at the beginning of 2019 during my 10 year "anniversary" of lurking since 2009. What seemed like a struggle to implement before, now seems to line up perfectly.

Since my specialty has always been niche products and niche websites, I am going to continue with that method as my journey. I have about 10 niche products that I would like to create, along with a website for each product. The goal is to earn a total of $10,000 a month from all 10 websites.

The first part of this journey will be to gather seed money so the journey will have it's own funds allocated to it. The goal is to earn $1,000 with a small method that I use to earn seed money quickly when I do not wish to take funds from my savings or from other projects. This method does not generate a lot of cash, but it does pay out daily so I can get things moving faster than with a higher paying method that takes a slower 60-90 days to pay out. Once I receive the $1,000 seed money, I will start creating the niche websites.

Today is my first official day back to work for the new year, and I will start updating my progress every 1-2 days.

If you want to do less work, I would try this:

1. Add more products to each video so you can make less videos.
2. Add products that are higher priced, that way you are doing the same amount of work, but getting paid more.

Thank you. It is still a lot of work being on your own, but the work is more fulfilling. You get to use your brain in ways that you are restricted from using it at a day job. You will be very impressed, and probably even shocked, with your own brain when you realize you have figured this out and are making money with it little by little.

I use free traffic using social media and SEO. If I want to rank my Youtube channels faster, I sometimes pay for blackhat views from BHW, or whitehat views from Youtube.
