Download Website & Reupload Changed Design?

Is this possible? I have an ecommerce store that i want to copy, they website is a bit ugly but has good SEO and tons of products & images. Is there anyway I can download all this and reupload it with a changed design?

You can only make a html copy of website. Because you have no access to database of the website.
But you can use some cloning scripts like site-copy. They can make clone with some changes, css, small new design, etc.

you can't directly download/copy a competitor, you can have a web designer recreate it though.

Cloning is not difficult at all, but it difficult to make changes. You need to know some html, css
