I started promoting Text Chemistry it since it looked like profitable product... but after making some sales they banned me and blacklisted me as affiliate without any notice.

Did I use spamming or some unethical method? No, not at all.

I just uploaded their video presentation on YouTube and ranked it, like I did with tons of other products.

I spent money to rank the video and now, not only I'm blacklisted: I've also got a strike on my YouTube channel.

Why did you report copyright infringement on YouTube for the Text Chemistry presentation?

Do you want affiliates to promote you or not?
I even made some sales (ID: XXXXXXXX)
Now I have a copyright strike in my YouTube channel because I had the bad Idea to promote you. Shame on you.

2. Count how many channels on YouTube have posted the VSL

So, you didn't have permission. You uploaded their intellectual property without their consent. You got caught. You got banned. That doesn't make the product a scam or anything. That means you were caught and banned. This is normal in blackhat marketing. Next time you want to upload someone's content, contact them first and ask permission. It doesn't matter if 50,000 other people are stealing their same content. They can still choose to punish you and not everyone else. It can just be that bad luck. Lots of brands don't want their content associated with spammers. Maybe someone reported you directly to them. It could even be one of your competitors who reported you.

Number 1 is not entirely obvious. Material uploaded to CB is assumed to be licensed for your promotional work. That's how it's always worked that I know of.

About your question, there is still one possibility why they'd ban him and that's why we're interested in this.

I use the clickbank vendor videos on Youtube without permission never got banned for it .What I do benefits the owner it makes his or her sales.

About your question, there is still one possibility why they'd ban him and that's why we're interested in this.

Well, he got a copyright strike, so I think it is 100% obvious he didn't have permission. Never assume content is licensed for your promotional work. If it doesn't explicitly say it, then you need to ask, or you risk being banned. Most people just assume things without really understanding the things they are dealing with. Again, just because you have seen thousands of other people doing it, doesn't mean it is actually allowed. Lots of companies just don't know how to protect their intellectual property.

That is incredibly short sighted. There are so many variables that come in to play as to why you would care. The conversion rate is probably lower from some random affiliate marketer as opposed to from the official channel. They don't control the content, so at any moment, you could use their own content to promote a competitor. If you get banned for blackhat promotion or low quality traffic, you might use the video to slander the company. There is a lot of risk involved for legitimate businesses.

At the end of the day, this user is complaining about being banned when he doesn't have any evidence that the company did anything wrong. He is proving my point that affiliates can't be trusted. Look how quickly he is trying to make the company look bad and stop the company from making money even though they are well within their right to ban him for any reason from promoting their product.

Did you read the publisher's TOS? I've seen plenty of products, including some on Clickbank, where the publisher granted affiliates the right to use only provided creatives. I usually decline to promote such products, but there are plenty of them out there.

Exactly. If you are going to spend lots of time and effort promoting a product using their content, and it doesn't say 100% the video can be used, just send them an email or message and ask for permission. Then if you get a copyright strike, you can contact them and get it removed (hopefully). It's just much safer to not use their content unless it clearly says it's for affiliate promotion.
