Sudden Invalid Clicks On Adsense!

A new day just started and I have 9 invalid click already! seems like a bot or some kind of cyber attacks, I know that these clicks aren't that much so far but should I report these click to big G? I don't want to draw attention and indeed i don't my account get banned too!

I know right! and no after receiving 30 more clicks I reported this to Adsense and I haven't been receiving these clicks so far. it might be a savage competitor or something.
