Issue with the 50% filter on USA is that there are few accounts that actually have mainly US followers. Look at any celebrity, you're going to find they have tons of followers from India, Brazil, and other countries with a high population. Look at Black Hat World stats for example, assuming that's the "money" niche you're going after, you notice tons of users on here are from India, naturally. If you find super niche influencer, something that Americans are interested it, then it will have a high percentage of USA followers. For example, a professional wakeboarder - a niche that really only exists in the USA/Canada.

Web hosting is a bit different than your typical ecommerce store that sells clothing. You could target influencers which have a lot of influencers following them (which is common in the micro influencer space). Come up with an offer that allows Instagram influencers to move from being only on Instagram and Youtube, into having their own blog.
