After some good conversation, I said I’d sorted some bits out of the way.

Then silence, messages read but no reply etc which is a time waste.

I’m glad he ignored me now rather than half way through a job. His price put me off because they’re silly cheap BUT his good English won me over until I was ignored.

I liked your communication before you went AWOL so lets give this another ago. Hit me up on Skype but if this happens again, you will lose a fortune long term client. A quick 'we are on holiday' would have taken 2 seconds, more so now Skype shows a message as read etc.

But anyway, lets give this a try

I gave a second chance but once again he messaged on Skype to say he can’t do the job, even though agreeing we’d get to work Monday etc.

I’m going to guess he’s taking on too much work and simply disorganised.

He is a nice chap but twice bitten now so I won’t be giving a third chance.
