Maybe there is a marketing agency behind this. In my country, a similar thing happened with a fake website, 700k visit in 1-2 months.
They explained all their experiment and I think now they are full of work!

well i dont think they need any ads or anything, the whole world knows them... also they are verfied by instagram now.

the Description " “Let’s set a world record together and get the most liked post on Instagram,” the caption reads. “Beating the current world record held by Kylie Jenner (18 million)! We got this.” kinda tag on Kylie Jenner ? lol who knows is sub account which Kylie Jenner own?
