Hi, here is the SS: https://imgur.com/Olxd6Qh

Config: 8 gb ram, 4 gb nvidia, i7 3rd, 256 gb ssd. Laptop is running win 7.

OS is installed in SSD.

That happens around 4-5 times per day and it gets super laggy and I had to struggle to move the cursor and click "Restart" and then it becomes okay.

How to fix?

i guess reinstalling the os is the fastest way to fix this.

This may have something to do with windows 7 as well. I never got that kind of problem but I did get lots of other problems when I tried using windows 7 in a desktop pc having latest processor , motherboard, graphics etc.

Did the os come pre-installed?

Bin ,it chrome and firefox ..

Didn't use explorer ever agin

I didnt understand what you said.

Do you have the built-in system restore enabled? If yes and it's a fairly new issue, you can try reverting back to a date, when you didn't have this error.
If it's not an option, you can still do an OS repair from the source you installed the OS from, if you still have it or if the recovery options are installed. You need to start the laptop in Advanced Boot mode to access the System Recovery Options.
Both of these should do the trick without affecting your data.

Well, try searching for the exception code in google. Otherwise, try reinstalling the OS or upgrading to windoes 8.1.

Windows 7 is soon to be unsupported by Microsoft, may be a good time to upgrade to 10. Or you may get a faster machine to just install Linux and use remote desktop to a group buy SEO service for your SEO tools on Windows.

try this!

How to restore Windows to earlier date? To use the Restore Point that you have created, or any one on the list, click Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools. Select "System Restore" from the menu: Select "Restore my computer to an earlier time", and then click Next at the bottom of the screen.

make backup before doing it,!

properly hardware not supported. install the windows 10 it could be fix

and if you want to run the explorer. pres CTRL+SHIFT+ESC then go to file new task type explorer

When I ran win 10, it was good. Came back because of the broken updates lol.
